I'm not sure he has. Think of it this way: if a human lost its legs and arms (or if all of it's bones immediately dissolved)...it wouldn't be able to move like a snake or worm.

Perhaps the cock would be able to roll...but, as far as slithering goes, I'm skeptical at best.
