Hotlinking is when you make a post with [ img][url to some other site's image][ /img]. For that image to appear on Nubblies, it requires using bandwidth from the site on which the image is hosted. Understandably, places don't want their bandwidth bill going through the roof, so they code hotlinked images to appear as crap. After you get laughed at and negrepped a few times, maybe you'll save the image to your computer and upload it to Nubblies, thus saving the original site the headache of your existence.
