The way I read it is that you're not allowed to post in that thread, not that if you did you wouldn't get internets.
I think the sentance should have been
"Everyone except Mr. Blonde post in this thread, and will give you internets."
Could be
"Everyone, except Mr. Blonde, post in this thread and will give you internets."
