I for one feel that The Daily Show is one of the most neutral, unfunny news shows I've ever come across. Perhaps it's slightly skewed to be left-wing comedy, but the only reason many consider it so hilarious is because it's not so ultra-humorless like every other network. I believe that the mere existence of a news show slightly biased to the "funny side" brings balance to a world otherwise completely outweighed to the unfunny.
