Sure, Japs play the shit out of dragons, but if you look at US only numbers, it looks like:

The source is vgchartz.com. I have a feeling you'll see similar numbers if you break down any genre by country/continent. And, of course, if you take a look at Fifa's European numbers, they'll be through the roof compared to the other continents.
