I'm thinking more of a beer bar than the Brew Pub, less of a restaurant. The Brew Pub is awesome but their menu is large, its not open too late (I don't think), and it's further away from Broad Ripple Ave than the property that's for sale.
Beebs, you went to Butler. What do Butler students want that Broad Ripple doesn't already offer?
