i actually started training bjj because my husband and sons train. so where does that put me on your list? and since i did manage to receive my blue belt from prof. caique, think that may make me fairly "decent" at bjj. I train mostly with other women since we do have enough training there to hold a "women's class" but am comfortable rolling with the guys. the guys i do train with show me nothing but respect and i am the same with them. i am hardly there to pick up guys or girls for that matter but to get a good workout,stay in shape and learn to effectively defend myself.

Kit Robertson, bjj long time purple under carlos machado, grapples with guys on a regular basis and performs just as well.

Then again Kit can probably bench press 350lbs.
