Zeo - Shit you wear on your Head to track your Sleep
I bought some shitty device called a Zeo. It's a sensor you wear like a headband when you sleep. It monitors your brain waves and paints you pretty little graphs when you wake up about the sleep you had the night before. Thus far I've had very little to say about it except "Well that's cool." I'm going to continue to use it and experiment with different things (no caffeine, no alcohol, sleep at different times, etc.) and see if I can expose any flaws in my sleep behavior. I think it's more fun to use than it's actually useful. Interacts with the Iphone brilliantly.
