I don't remember W asking congress to declare war. Budget to fight a war I do remember. Just because I don't remember that happening doesn't mean shit. But if you have a cite. I'd love to check it out.

I agree with Blonde. PP and NPR is a drop in the bucket and target of Republic bullshit. I've kinda identified myself with the Republicans for most of my adult life, but I hardly agree with anything they do now. I was pissed the fuck off when they passed legislation trying to keep Schaivo alive. I'm pissed off that there was a huge ass debt in January 2009 with a Republican president and for the most part both sides of congress. It seems like they only talk about ideals during campaigns. The religious nutjobs scare the fuck out of me. I'd imagine that if I'm incorrect and Jesiz were to come down Sean Hannity and these fuckers would be calling him a footwashing liberal who hangs out with whores and poor people. His healing people is really an Obama type of socialist medical agenda.

Medicaid and Medicare were fine in 2000 and there was a surplus. This debt seems to coincide with fighting in the middle east. Some folks think the W tax cuts too. I'm not too sure about that though. I'll defer to whoever knows what they're talking about.
