fuck them. i hate the real estate business and anybody involved in it.

the women all have big everything, from their cars to their damn hair, and they have flighty-ass personalities.

the few men involved in real estate are either really fucked up or queer.

ever seen american beauty? yeah, they hit it right on the nose with the mom and "the king". it's fucking sick.

Nothing like a stereotype. My grandparents are both realtors, and neither of them fit those profiles. I don't know what bad experience you had with one, maybe that's what you should be posting, but not everyone fits into all stereotypes.

and OF COURSE the real estate agent you worked with was great, stab. do you think they're going to be crazy with their clients? they are very professional with clients, but it's like a lot of them live double lives. most of them are probably plagued with acute insanity. the stories i've heard about realtors around warsaw are nuts.

my mom's a real estate agent, and she's not too bad. And I don't know about the "big cars" and all that... but that's probably because all the money she earns goes to keeping my ass in school.

okay, i'll admit now that there are some sane ones. i was in remax about a half hour ago (because my dumbass mom closed premier and went there) and saw some names that i'd forgotten about who aren't crazy.

so i'll come to this conclusion. probably about 40% of warsaw's real estate agents are good people. the other 60% have some serious issues.

example: the hamiltons. that office is screwed up beyond belief.

another example: the mother. although she is more of a closet psycho.
