Kentucky is absolutely terrible, and it's a terrible pick. OSU is Clarretless and will suck without him. Notre Dame is overrated every single year, fuck them and there stupid ass tradition. Willingham can lick any of the Big10 coaches nuts in my opinion.
8. Michigan State ?? Boy, you must be fucking retarded. Brand new coach, terrible season last year and a team that doesn't get along? This is a worthless top 15. Anytime you place Fresno State in the top 15 as well your obviously a moron. |

haha BDH be more educated? He has enough sense to know that fresno state, notre dame, and especially michigan state should not be in your 10.
As for Tennessee, well you better start picking a new team. Championships for tennessee, try 6 with a winning percentage of .698. Championships for Michigan, try 11. Yeah thats 5 more than your school. Oh yeah...winning percentage = .745. Who has the better team?? I think the stats speak for themselves...dude [ August 11, 2003, 05:35 PM: Message edited by: BrassMonkees ] |

Eh eh, now now BDH, I ask that you revoke the statement you placed on Willingham. Big Ten coaches, come on. There are two good ones and they hail from OSU and MU. That is all the Big Ten has to offer. And I am going to have to say that I think either Florida or Florida State will be a lot better this year than last.

When it comes to college football, Niger Angelus, you know shit. Ok a little more than that because you know the greatness offered at Michigan. Im not going to bash you too much because of that.
But to say that the only two good coaches in the big ten are Lloyd Carr and Tressel, well my friend you would be mistaken. Point blank, one of the best coaches in college football makes his home at Penn St. Joe Paterno. Thats a hard one to forget. Im not even going to get into coaches at IU, PU, and Wisconsin. Far and away, the big ten has the best coaches in the country. As for your two little florida teams. Who are you kidding. Seriously, Florida has a first year sophomore starting as their qb so they will do shit this year. And florida st, is all talent and no discipline. Well actually, they don't even have talent this year so good luck for them. Next time read a little bit on espn.com and maybe watch a little on tv, then come here and start talking about college football. |

O.k. fellas, this poll does obviously have its downsides, but, it is only merely observations. Why get your info from espn.. they aren't always right either. The Big ten does have the best coaches, however IU could use a little more work at that position.

A lil' more educated? I bet I've been to more College Football games than your whole family combined you fucking jew. Obviously you don't know shit by posting your "pre-season" poll. Shit I can hardly even call that an attempt cause it was so fucking bad.
You want education? Sit back and relax shithead cause your going to realize how incredibly dumb your picks really were. Michigan State: MSU was 4-8 last year there coach got fired in the middle of the season not to mention there QB was out I believe because of charges he had. There returning next to nobody and have a whole new system and through all of this you put them at 8 in the country. Quote:
Fresno State: They play in a small conference (WAC) and will never ever compete with the big boys. Ring Ring fuckhead David Carr went to the pros 2 years ago. Kentucky: Went 6-5 last year because they load there schedule with a bunch of cupcakes (UTEP and Middle Tennesee St. last year). They have a fat fucking QB (Lorenzen) who is decenct but they can't play any defense and will struggle to make a bowl appearance this year yet again you put them at 14. Your obviously a stupid jew faggot, you present a huge football post like your some sort of genius and then criticize me for not being "educated" when obviously you don't have a fucking clue. Niger, I'll say that Willingham is a good coach, I just don't like Notre Dame so it goes along with it. However your very very dumb if you think the Big 10 doesn't have the best coaches in the country as well as if you think Tressel and Lloyd Carr are the only two good coaches in the Big10. Are you really that ignorant or did you forget Joe Paterno? I mean he's really not that good is he? Only the All-Time winningest college football coach in the HISTORY of the game. He's only 20-9-1 in bowl games in the 35 years he's coached (that's 30 bowl games in 35 years). He owns 2 National Titles and is a 4-time coach of the year. In fact I just MIGHT venture to say he's even a little better than Carr and Tressel....er wait there is really no way because those are the ONLY good coaches in the big 10. What about Joe Tiller from Purdue? Sure I hate the fucking school and I hate the fucking coach but he's coached purdue for 6 years now. Purdue has 1 winning season and 1 bowl appearance since 1984 before tiller took over. Since then Tiller has put together SIX straight winning season and bowl appearances including a Big10 title and a Rose Bowl birth. He has a 46-28 record in six years. But since Tressel and Carr are the only two good coaches in the Big10 obviously he's not that great. How about Coach DiNardo at Indiana? Sure we suck ass at football right now but DiNardo will turn the program around. Much like he did at Vanderbuilt where the commodores won more games in 4 seasons under DiNardo than they had in the last 7 years. Much like he did at LSU where he led them to 3 straight bowl victories. They won 10 more games in those 3 years than they had in the previous 4 years at LSU. He's a proven winner and will do it again with time at IU. But of course Tressel and Carr are the only two "good" coaches in the Big10 right? I rest my case [ August 12, 2003, 12:47 AM: Message edited by: BigDongedHoe ] | |

Irish, that is all I have to say, I am going to stick with them. They will rise to the top once again. I hope
. But, hmm...I do have to tell you there are some 'quiet contenders' that we are leaving out. And I know I made a huge error in forgeting Mr.Winningness. Sorry sorry. |

There is no possible way that the Irish will be ranked anywhere near the top 5 at the end of the year. Let alone the top team. Just like the Cubs will never win the world series.

Texas Chokes every year, they could land the whole entire top 100 every year and still find ways to choke. I hate to say it but I don't see a national championship coming there way.
Oklahoma is ALWAYS a contender regardless, year in and year out. |
