why not simply pick a select few, let them in, then let those few, including yourself, decide together when and who is in next? I agree with your logic and see how if someone wanted to get in, they could get around any of it. this way, there is no set way to do it and it'll keep people who everyone thinks shouldn't be trusted out. personally, I would start with letting the ones who have been here since feb in.
