As much of a queer fuckhead as Titan is, I have to agree with him. Kazaa is stealing. It is easy to rationalize that the recording industry brought it upon themselves, but that doesn't change the fact that when you download music, you are fucking stealing. Sure, it's easy to steal from a faceless organization, but that doesn't make it right.
How the fuck would you feel if you came up with a great idea, produced and marketed it, only to find that it was illegally distributed, thus cutting your profit margin to a minimum. You'd be super-fucking-pissed.
Now, spare me your fucking bullshit rhetoric about how evil the recording industry is, and how they already make too much money. News-fucking-flash: We live in America, a capitolist country. Therefore, companies have the full right to charge whatever the fuck they want. If you think that kazaa should be left open, then you are in essence saying you want a socialist economy.
