Underwater~
The American soldier wrote that, knowing that the little boy does not know how to speak our language. Seeing as how the boys are probably interested in our troops, the soldier asked him to hold up the sign while they got a picture, and they gladly obliged, not knowing what it said. But it is, in fact, quite hilarious.
