Well in the game you have to play stealth and you can't suck blood to hard or he will notice and try to kill you and then you have to fly around and try to get out of the way and hide and go back again. I haven't played it for along time, but it got to rank number 3 in Japan, but they love those kinda games over there. I even saw a game that you had 100 days to have sex with this girl and that was the whole point of the game.
