I heard that Gatorade is only really needed when you're really, really over exherting yourself. Drinking it when you don't really needed actually makes it unhealthy. It is high in sodium and sugars, which pack on the flab. Cut sports drinks out of your daily diet along with soft drinks, and supplement them with lots of beer.
