This thread is to make good use of this Confessional/Advice thread. Basically, I'm looking for some good ideas or advice for a situation.

Here's the situation.

I live in not one big dorm, but a collection of smaller ones. There is a computer lab which is for/used by all of the students from this area of dorms. Now, my computer got sick and died on me a few months ago (bloody motherboard, *shakes fist) so I am forced to always use this lab. So as you can imagine, I am there quite a bit.

There is another person who is in there quite a bit. He's a scary looking indian tech support guy, but thats not who I want to talk about.

There is usually this cute gal who's always in the lab doing home homework and whatnot. She often has a flower in her hair and always has a smile on her face.

I admire her, but keep to myself.

I'm appealing to all the nubblites for a good idea on how to approach her or get her attention somehow. Yes I realize I'm a lonely, pathetic person for even making a topic about this, but throw me a bone here, because I really am lonely and pathetic.

So, any ideas? Unique, outrageous, or humor suggestions are welcome, though the chance I'll use them may be unlikely.
