Angry I hate eBay.

I'm so pissed off, I decided to write about it.

I recently sold my PSP on eBay for £158 to a guy, B. Magori who had zero feedback. At first I was a little cautious as to whether this was legitimate but as he chose to pay through paypal, I went ahead.

I received the full amount and sent the PSP.

Right, so I get an e-mail from paypal:
'We recently received a claim from a buyer regarding merchandise that either
was never received or did not match your original description. Please
understand that until our investigation into this matter is complete, we
may place a hold on funds associated with this transaction. For more
information, please review our User Agreement.'

What the fuck? This guy e-mails me saying it doesn't work, which I can 100% honestly say it worked perfectly... I hardly played the peice of shit. So now the funds (£158) are being held whilst the dispute is 'resolved'.

Paypal offer me six options. One of them being to continue the dispute another being to give a PARTIAL refund of £100 (WHICH THE BUYER SUGGESTED). Come on, it doesn't take a detective to see what's going on... Why would he accept a partial refund if it does not work?

I've replied to his e-mail, 'calling his bluff' saying if it does not work, send it back. I'm waiting for him to make his move. Bastard.

Have any of you had any problems like this? What did you do about it? I hate eBay.
