Of course friends of other races have used these terms joking, or talking about other white people and I've never cared, but I can't imagine a white guy saying to his black friend "man, that guy over there is being such a nigger" and the black guy not getting pissed.
I can't say from memory that anybody, in anger, has ever called me a white epithet, so I don't know how I would react if they did, although I'm sure i'd be pissed, moreso at the fact that anytime somebody insults you while angry it's pretty much inviting a fight IMO, regardless of what is said.
