I was about to unsubscribe, this is a last ditch effort to try to fix the problem on my phone. When I selected the reason I was unsubscribing your site recommended sending an email here.
I have a technical problem that I’ve been unable to solve Have you looked for a solution in the FAQ or the support forum? Or send us an e-mail at premium@spotify.com and we'll assist you as soon as possible. Spotify Premium users have the highest support priority!
I have an Android 2 and every time I open the Spotify app it crashes and I have to force close it. The app won't open again until I restart my phone. I might get lucky and be able to play a couple songs before it crashes, but I would say I only get that far 1 out of every 4 times.

If my display times out while the app is playing music the screen won't come back on again. The phone is on, it just doesn't respond. I have to pull out the battery to restart my phone. I tried disabling my screen from timing out, but the spotify app will eventually crash anyway.

Any help? I tried googling to see if someone has figured out how to prevent this but no luck

Thanks,

#YOLO
