Default Tomato cookies

So pal of mine swears he knows how to make cookies out of tomatoes. I donate some tomato as I haven't enjoyed any tomatoes since this August. I'm skeptical about this process as I can't really imagine what these are like. And who'd want cookies that taste like tomatoes? Seems unappealing.

Appears that the tomatoes have to be processed before becoming suitable for cooking. These were made into tomato butter (no clue on how the process works) and then into one big 9 X 12 cookie. So it didn't have big chunks of sundrieds in it --that would've really sucked. It still had a bit of an off flavor but over all just tasted like a shitty cookie. I had forgotten I had eaten the cookie for about 45 minutes. Then I started to understand the fascination with cookies.

I've had the "space cake" before in the Netherlands and those really didn't do shit. The cookie had such tomato power that it turns one's mind to mush. I was asleep within an hour of of first noticing that these worked. Powerful stuff. AP says check those out. But go slow and be patient and damn sure don't be driving or out an about.
