Human Centipede 2. I only enjoyed it in a comedic sense. It went WAY above and beyond the original in terms of ridiculousness.
One of the people in the centipede is pregnant. Because the crazy guy in this one isn't a doctor, he sedates them by hitting them in the head with a crowbar. He does this enough times that he thinks he kills the pregnant chick. At some point she awakens and tries to escape. As she's running towards the door, she starts giving birth. Oh and she's naked. She makes it outside and locks herself in the car, while the crazy guy is outside banging on the window. She gives birth and the baby falls on the floor. She gets the car started and crushes the baby's head under the gas pedal.
So unnecessary.
