Article doesn't prove shit except that there are forces much stronger than taxes that affect GDP growth, such as technological advances and the collapse of major economic "bubbles", which is nothing new.

Also, the Bush tax cuts were for personal income tax only. I wonder what a reduction in the corporate tax rates would do.
