I think there is a chance this could go up a decent amount (just guessing)...soon.
"Liberty Reserve" ... "Webmoney" and "Bictoin" are most widely used online for transactions between individuals selling things somewhat 'sketchy' or illegal things.
Liberty Reserve was just shut down/seized (they were the most popular).
