royce is stopping by our place for a 3 hour seminar. all are welcome. its $85. i don't have a time yet, but i'll post as soon as i know.

we expect this to be a fairly large seminar as royce won't being doing too many until after his fight in march. even then, he might not be in the north east till the fall (if at all) this year.

I'll go, I haven't been in the gym for almost a year. My membership ran out at phillymma and I haven't done shit since. I am going to start at hatfield this month because I am out of the city now and I am tired of being a lazy ass.

i don't believe anyone from here is going but just so you know. the seminar had to be resceduled to 1/27/06. same time.
