weezer- Slob
Great song off their newest release Maladroit. I know that some of their stuff of late has been lackluster, but this is definitely a gem. I give it a 8 on weez scale. |
Men Without Hats - The Safety Dance
80's pop is so awesome. |
Download of the Day: 3 Doors Down-Away From The Sun

Not to be a stickler, just want to help out everyone who checks out the fantastic song above.
It's London Calling. Take the 'is' out. Nothing personal, just wanted to clarify. Since I haven't been able to be around much lately, I'm going to catch myself up. Ben Folds Five - One Angry Dwarf and 200 Solemn Faces This is off of his album "Whatever and Ever Amen" which is fantastic. What a great song. Ben Folds - Fred Jones Pt. 2 This is another fantastic song off of Folds' solo album that just came out. Not only do I recommend this song, but I recommend this album. It's amazing. I promise you, check out any song off of this album. Any song, and you will not be dissapointed. |
Muse Micro Cuts
Probably really hard for you to get into at first. But once you get past the strange sound and get into the emotion of it all, it's great. Not to mention it's at least worth downloading for the sweetass rhythmic outro tacked on at the end. And I second Chuck's "Fred Jones (part II)"... I listen to this song all the time. Download of the Day: Third Eye Blind-Good For You
This song is housed on their masterful self-titled album. I eager await tonguegina's aleged review on such an album, it goes down as a classic in my book. -Ugly Bastard |
Led Zeppelin Dazed and Confused
Lots of people talkin', few of them know, the soul of a woman... was created below. |
Talking Heads - Our House In The Middle of the Street

Download of the Day: Third Eye Blind-Motorcycle Drive-By
"I've never been so alone, and I've never been so alive" I realize this song has been recommended before (probably). And I realize that I've recommend Third Eye Blind two days in a row now....but perhaps this is because they are a really good band, and you should download some of their shit....perhaps. -Ugly Bastard |
Damien Jurado - Halo Friendly
Very Demison Witmer... esque stuff. I love it. Hooray for visual basic. [This message has been edited by rla128 (edited March 12, 2003).] |
Beastie Boys - In a world gone mad...
http://www.beastieboys.com (get it here) See what you think of it. I didn't really like the fact that they are trying to push a message that big. Although i am glad that they are making a new album, thats right, they are currently in the process of making a new album. [This message has been edited by MeNAcE (edited March 12, 2003).] |
Download of the Day: Jennifer Lopez featuring LL Cool J-All I Have
