StabMaster, the cops like to follow people in Winona Lake, run the plates, and then pull them over right before their house. This has happened to my brother twice this year. They have absolutely no reason to pull you over, but they will make up some bullshit like you were going 15 mph over the speed limit or you were driving in the middle of the road or some shit like that. I hate the cops around Winona Lake.
