Yeah, there is the possibility for a lot of loopholes in this thing.
But let's assume she isn't lying, and she does identify the right person:
I think that kid should be glad to get away with only 10 days O.S.S.; you could be arrested for saying something like that to a girl.
I just hope the girl isn't a cuntor and names the wrong person, or made the whole thing up to begin with.
