hmm i would say so, its not like Al Gore went around after the election and questioned everyone as to why they voted for Bush, the OST is democratic in a sense, so dont question people as to why they voted the way they did.

last time i checked refucks where not excluded from voting in the OST, so if that is how they vote then so be it. Not all votes are placed logically in Presidential elections, some people just vote by playing favorites, its their points let them distribute them as to how they see fit.
