I NEED HELP

My dog is 11 months old, so he is still a wittle puppy, but I think I need to get his balls snipped. He is half German Shepard half Boxer, so he's a big wittle boy. He has trouble listening when other dogs or strangers are around, like when I take him for a walk and shit. He pulls me when we walk, so i got a choke chain and i yell at him to stop, but seconds later, he pulls me again, and its hard to hold a beer, cigarette, and walk a dog.

Also in our backyard, he digs up holes for no apparent reason, he doesnt bury a bone or nothing, justs digs. I am wondering if I should spray some shit all around the backyard that repels him away.

So, does anyone have advice for me with this situation? Should i neuter him so he will calm down more and listen more attentively? help me please.
