Do you mean trim your asshole hairs? I would imagine that to be difficult and dangerous. I'd also think that if you cut them short enough or at such an angle, it'd actually be painful.

Do you mean "anal cleanser" as in an enema? If an enema is meant, I can't see how it would affect smell. Or did you just use a fancy word for "wash your asshole?"
