I used to be skinny as a rail in high school.

I only eat two or three times a day. I never snack. But I love meat, dairy, and fried food and I eat huge portions. I don't feel "fullness" in the time it takes to eat a normal meal. It's not uncommon for me to accidentally eat too much and feel sick half an hour later.

Working out doesn't feel good. Eating feels really really good. You do the math.
