I'm fat because the last 9 years after my first year of college, I just stopped caring about my body and what I ate. I stayed in okay shape for a couple of years after just because I played pick up basketball. After about 3 years of that, I stopped all types of activity.

The last time I was at a comfortable weight, I dropped about 30 lbs for a trip to Vegas. All I did was eat high protien foods from sun up to sun down. I've chizzled away 15 lbs in the last 2 months, but alas, football season means dips, beer, and pizza. I get to the gym twice a week, but hopefully when my schedule changes soon, my energy level will go up.

Being fat sucks these days. 8 years ago, it was accepted. 80% of the people on the street were fat and sweaty. Now, people are focusing on staying slim and in shape much more. I would like to think I can get back down to my 215-220 by the time the wedding comes around. We shall see.

Nubblies: If we put up with Felix, we will put up with you too.
