This is exactly how it is in Korea, unless I wanted to go through the tedious licensing process, in another language. But in Korea, no matter a 125cc or 1000cc, you still can't ride on the highway, so I didn't really see the point except for a dick-measuring contest.

Can you ride on highways on bikes in UK? I imagine so.
