Not a fan a BWW. Their chicken is poor quality. I like Quaker Steak and Lube for chain places (don't think their west of Ohio though). Locally, Pluckers is pretty good. Unfortunately, the best wing places around here are the negro run places and they do some fine things with the wing, but deep frying and saucing it isn't typically one of them. They soul food it up. But ever since I got a nicer model car some years back, I stopped going into those neighborhoods.

But I agree with Krems and the others who like the independent places. It seems the closer I get to the eastern part of the midwest, i.e. Buffalo, Pittsburgh, etc. the more serious the places take their wings and it becomes difficult to get bad wings.
