I posted a picture on Facebook of my 1 year old niece playing with her toy kitchen and made a comment about making sure how she "knows her place" early on. Fun joke revolving around faux sexism.


DDTempest comments: "Make sure you don't make her give you blowjobs like you do the rest of the women you "show their place".



Comment deleted, admonishment administered and all he did was laugh about it. He has since been de-friended until he admits the error of his ways making a blatant pedophilia joke visible to the kid's parents, grandparents and who knows else.

Frankly, posting this comment and "de-friending" me on Facebook is the work of a whiny immature bitch. You gave up the right to be offended regarding Facebook comments when you started trolling Christians and posting the results here.

No damage was done luckily as I caught it when I did; but you should be able to guess how my siblings would react to the general joke I posted vs. what you posted. You think she wants her brother posting pics of/watching her niece when she sees he have friends who make such nonchalant jokes over what is a serious problem for many families worldwide (i.e. relatives molesting children in the family)? On Nubblies, sure...Facebook is a whole different animal.

I can understand a joke, but all that comment would do is infuriate Blonde's family and put him in a very tough position. Making comments like that on a person's public space makes you a liability. He's well within his rights to defriend you, even if, on paper, "defriending" makes one sound like a teenage girl.

It should be noted I wasn't going to defriend until I got the response via facebook after I said it wasn't cool "i am laughing so hard right now". At that point de-friending just seemed like damage control as the fact you clearly had no remorse over it means you may very well do something similar again.

I think the lesson more is: don't troll your friends, or those who you will give a shit about offending/defriending you. (I'm not saying you give a shit, though)

Pretty much every single person in that Facebook thread I bashed I didn't give a shit about what they thought about me or if I ever spoke to them again. To me, it was a way to cull the herd. The people who I did care about I bashed in a much more lenient manner; as to not incur rage/deletion.

It's just a matter of circumstance and range, man. I may be a sometimes-fucked-up asshole who has Ass-burgers from time to time, but I can honestly say I don't think I would ever make a joke about sexually molesting a 1 year old on Facebook. That's all I'm trying to say -- that's about as extreme as you can go in these matters.

I've actually considered creating a professional profile page where everything is Disney. And a personal page where all you fuckfaces can troll away.

Along the lines of what AP said, I created new facebook accounts for each new place I moved, as to not merge past friends with new ones, especially when the places I came from were FAR different than the last.

Then I just deactivated everything. I like my life so much more now.

Everyone lets to many people into their friends list on facebook. " Hey look, Jimmy from high school." I'm over the accept anyone who you know phase. I deleted over 180 people from my friends list and really need to delete about 80 more. Even guys that I work with here are getting declined from my facebook cause I just don't give a fuck about them. Secure your facebooks and you won't have this problem.
