No way. I've seen every episode of House. And Maybe if you gave it two weeks to work instead of two hours. Also, if you have buttsex, trying being the top for a while.

I should state affiliation. I'm probably the anti-hypochondriact. Unless it comes to the sniffles. Those just kick my ass. | |

![]() A little ashamed to update I guess, but I suppose I did pre-empt that with the thread title. Doctors couldn't find anything, which is good because the main thing I was worried about was something serious, the "presence" feeling and in general feeling ill got me very worried. He suggested it might be psychological and asked if I was stressed out. In my emotional and suggestive state of mind, I answered "maybe" -- of course everyone is stressed out about something all the time. He prescribed me a week of Xanax and sent me on my way.
I'm no stranger to medication but i've been off of everything for a few years now (besides when sick etc.) and that Xanax fucked with me big time. All I did the day after taking it was think about killing myself all day. Apparently this is one of the very harsh side effects so I only took it that day -- luckily I'm at a point where I can realize that was what was causing me to think like that. Those drugs can seriously fuck up your mental state. In any case, I still think it was something, as there was a definite presence of abdomen pressure and nausea/headache/fever, but whatever it is doesn't seem to be anything serious, and I am not having the symptoms anymore, so it looks like it went away. Weird as shit not knowing what it was and annoying spending about 300$ on appointments, but another lesson learned for a hypochondriac. Also spent a week feeling like Paranoid Parrot before the CT scan: ![]() Thanks for asking. |

![]() For almost the past two years, I've noticed that my heart rate seems to be constantly elevated. In the beginning, I would only notice it while I was laying down at night to sleep. Lately, I've noticed it much more frequently and pretty much non stop for the past few days. It causes a slight amount of discomfort in my chest and a very weak amount of pain. I have also begun to feel slightly short of breath for the past few days as well. I've noticed that I'm taking deep breaths all the time, and I'm tired a lot, even after 7 hours of sleep. At first I attributed this all to stress/anxiety, which I have not yet ruled out completely, but I'm becoming concerned. As a result, I've scheduled a doctor's appointment, but since I'll be a new patient, I can't get in until the 15th. I hope I don't die by then.

![]() I smoked for 7 years. I've been smoke-free for almost three months now. I do still take nicotine lozenges every day though. I've cut back significantly, but I have thought caffeine and nicotine could be the cause. I just want to get checked out to make sure it's nothing serious. Mainly because I was a smoker for 7 years, but considering I just did 200 pushups, it's probably not life-threatening.

![]() Oh no way. 1 set of 40, 1 set of 30, and then sets of 20 until...okay I might have only done 190.
My workout is kinda lame, but I have little to work with. On pushup day, I alternate between three different kinds of pushups: Regular pushups, pushup bars horizontal, and push up bars vertical. I also do ab wheel and kettle bell shit in between sets of push ups. |
