What's the relationship between the two? I have purchased the fiber internet from ATT and I'm supposed to have 1000 Mbps speed. The tech just came out because we weren't even close to that and said our devices can only receive 250 mbps max. This sounds like total and utter horseshit to me. I have brand new laptop, a PS4, and an iPhone 6s. Is ATT jerking me off? What the tech is saying sounds wrong but I don't know why.

Not sure but I think you need a gigabit card to get dem speedz, it doesn't sound like shit.
