First off, I just wanted to say that the new Matrix will be coming out in March... and I, for one, am excited.

Secondly, the real meat of my post... something that has been bothering me for quite some time...
Okay, everyone has seen the Matrix right? Where everyone is controlled by machines and they wake people up and they're searching for "The One" or else all humanity will be under the control of the A.I. forever and blah blah blah! It's a good storyline and all, quite creative, but seriously. Some people actually belive this shit. What the fuck?? There's no way that any of this shit would happen. Can you imagine us actually being in a "dream world" and not knowing about it? I don't even think the human race is smart enough to EVER create A.I. It's not even in the realm of possibilities! Alright, let's stop for a minute and pretend it is possible, hell, let's pretend it's possible and it really is happening. If for some odd reason it really is going on right under our noses and this whole thing is real, then those agent guys would be able to just magically appear in my room and prevent me fr

Uh thank you, thank you very much... to be serious, I don't think so. I'm sure there are some nuts out there. I mean, it could happen, but obviously it's not that likely. I have read some very interesting essays on the philosophies of The Matrix and how they can be applied to other things, such as Gnosticism and Buddhism and things of this nature. Many of the essays were quite good. They can be found at www.whatisthematrix.com
