COME ON YOU YANKS

I missed last Friday's episode due to Anchorman, but I have it on good word that Ken tied the single show record with $52,000. Why did he tie? Because he wagered just enough to tie. He could have bet $1 more to hold the record on his own...but he didn't want that. He wanted to tie. So he did. He tied.

Yes, he sure has.
For those who don't tune in regularly yet (what the hell is your problem?), for the 2nd night in a row, Ken has tied the previous record for most cash won in a single show: $52,000. He toys with the record like it's an easy achievement. Ken does. Ken toys. |

he broke a million and would've had the daily record had he gotten the final question right. at least now we know he is willing to go for it and isn't simply content with tying the current record.
he will live to fight another day. |

Ken toyed with his competition...having barely more than his nearest competitor as the time wound down. After this, he sprung into action and almost ran the final category...securing the victory when he answered the final question correctly, giving him 17,400 whilst his nearest opponent has 8,400...thus a run away.
Those numbers may be a bit off...by a few hundred or so. [ July 15, 2004, 04:22 PM: Message edited by: Orgazmo ] |

A contestant who played against Mr. Jennings was interviewed on an Indy radio station sometime last week. Allegedly, Jeopardy is taped pretty far in advance. Highlight for the spoiler.
According to this man, Ken is still the campion in mid december when the episode he's on is set to air |
