If placed on table #1 (or 2 for that matter), I came up with a concept that seems like it would work to ensure high placement.

If everybody folded to the big blind, nobody comes into the table, and nobody leaves, because table 1 is always constant. This could go on until the blinds are at least 500/1000, b/c everybody gets their chips back on the big blind. By this time, there should only be enough players left to ensure placement in the money. Only problem, is having 9 other guys wise enough to realize it would work.

Granted once that table gets broken into and the entering players have tens of thousands of chips, that would suck...but you would be getting money.
