Would there be any interest in a Nubblies Web-Based Role Playing game?
It's all text based...so you attack enemies, and it says something like "You did damage of 6" "Enemy hits you for damage of 7" It's pretty in depth... http://www.lotgd.net --is one that is online right now. |

That's understandable...I think it'd just be fun to integrate a game that you can click around on--into the forums. Would give a reason to talk shit, etc...and wouldn't be hard to list top players at top of forum..

Well if were talking mmorpgs, you guys might want to check out this one.
guildwars.com Its suposed to come out this summer I think, but looks pretty cool for a free online RPG. Im actually currently playing star wars galaxies, even though it has a monthly fee. I switch around between games, usually always playing 1 w/ a monthly fee all the time. In the past ive played dark age of camelot, star wars galaxies, and mostly ultima online. I know some of you before have said how much you would hate paying a month fee. Let me tell you, its definetely worth it when yo ucan make $$$ selling your shit when your done. Over the years I have been selling my ultima online gold/accounts when I get sick of the game, and I probably now have racked in $1,000+. Anyways im just rambling, none of this has much to do with the topic. |

I used to play LoRD on a BBS before I had the internet...I thought it was pretty cool.

Ya star wars galaxies isn't bad, but its not great yet either. I played it when it first realized last june, and I only lasted a month. It was really buggy at the time and lacked alot of content... I Think they released it too early. So after a month of bullcrap, I quit, and made about $120 in the process.
Now they seem to have there shit together a bit more, so im giving the game another shot. Ill admit its like alot of the other MMMORPGS out there w/ the monster treadmills and shit, but it still has a ton of potential, afterall, its star wars. Dont play the game and expect to be a jedi though, thats something that you have to "unlock" by mastering various skills, and there random so its not easy. Anyways, thats what im doin right now, and my friend is about to reactivate his account and give it another shot as well. |

I've had a chance to check out the new Final Fantasy XI online game, its pretty badass. The game is smooth, huge, and there's a shitload to do. The only drawback is that upon creating a character, you don't have a lot of choices as to what your character looks like.
