The Regime does not have full access to the girl, she is in a tug of war struggle between the two force. Look at this as it was Vietnam.

The Regime and it's supporters claim that the People's pursue of the girl Tenzin Palkyi is stalking and invasion thus their intervention. The People believes that the girl Tenzin Palkyi was and is their people who is being led and taken advantage of by an outsider thus the call for bringing liberation from Imperialism to the girl.

Consider your moral stand carefully, those who truely sides with the Lucio Regime believe that the People are stalking and invading the girl's life, those who sides with the People believe that the Lucio Regime invented this stalking thing to justify their Imperialist exploitation of the girl. Do you truely believe in what you are fighting for?
