...do any of you guys have a lot of recurring memories from when you were sick before? I'm not an overly sick guy, maybe only once or twice serious times a year, but whenever i get sick, like right now i have a cold, the feeling/smell/taste of it brings back memories of times when i was sick when i was a child(i.e. i was sick one time when we went to disney world, riding around the car with my mom doing errands when i was really young, certain video games i stayed home and played when i was sick) I just thought it was really weird...I've noticed this phenomenon before but never really took note of it. I was just wondering if the same thing happened to any of you?

Psychedelics are illegal not because a loving government is concerned that you may jump out of a third story window. Psychedelics are illegal because they dissolve opinion structures and culturally laid down models of behavior and information processing.

I've noticed that movies on t.v. that you would never watch when you are healthy seem to be more appealing and you watch them. For example, I wouldn't normally watch a movie on AMC, yet when I'm sick sometimes I get caught up in those old westerns or what not.

Thats a good point. But you also have to remember that when you're sick, you're home all the time pretty much, and when nothing else is on but soap operas, old boring movies tend to become quite appealing.
