i just learned what this expression means this week.
when you are either in jail or in the military, the guy who your girl is fucking is always referred to as "Jody"
ex: "Yo nigga, my cousin on the outside told me he seen yo bitch wit Jody. Jody is fuckin your girl son!"

I wonder if that's in reference to the movie baby boy. Tyrese's name is Jody in that movie and he was fucking Snoop's girl while he was in jail.
