Default My harrowing tale of love lost forever

Any of you who know me in person know that I have a fondness for Honda automobiles. Not by choice, more by coincidence, I have never owned a non-Honda. I've had 4 myself, and have had the use of 2 others for an extended period of time when I was in between vehicles. Some of them were pretty sweet (93 Prelude SI, 96 Passport EX), some were pretty lame (03 CRV - it was my moms), and the others were practical (3 different accords), but they were all Hondas god damnit and I liked them (except the CRV was pretty embarrassing at times).

The Prelude and Passport are gone, my sister is driving the 05 Accord, my mom is driving the CRV, and I just got a new 06 Accord.

But this morning I got a call from my father. "I sold the 92." Damn.

This was my first car. A 1992 Honda Accord EX - fully loaded (for 1992), power everything, moon roof, it was in sweet condition when I got it... for a 7 year old car. My very first day of drivers Ed, when I was 15 years old, I got into an accident in this thing. I've taken it all over the US, or so it feels. I was a dumb high schooler loading it up w/ CD players and amps and subs in this car. It was always with me, and always there for me. When I got my 93 Prelude (which I paid for myself), I gave the Accord to my sis. I had grown tired of the plain 4 door sedan and was ready for the best thing my high school money could buy. But I still drove the Accord from time to time, even in college after I sold my Passport. Old, reliable Japanese engineering.

I'm not sure where this is going, but needless to say I loved this car. And for a measly 1600 bucks somebody is getting one hell of a car. It may not look like much anymore (has the "Honda rust spots" behind the rear wheels), and it has a grimpchrillion miles, but this is one solid fucking car.
