AP was surprised to learn earlier this week that he is 1/4 jewish. Was chatting with my birth mom (explained in another thread once before) and she mentioned it casually. I guess she was waiting until I reached an appropriate age. Her father, my maternal grandfather, immigrated to the U.S. in the 1920s-30s when being a jew in Europe was becoming uncool. Never had a clue. His parents were from Palestine. yada yada yada. . . . I never really knew the guy and he was out of the picture until he died early.

You're not alone. I'm fairly certain there's some kike blood in me as well. Most likely around 1/8th from what I've heard from family. Left Europe for the same reasons as yours.

I'm somewhere around 40/40 German/English. The other 20 is a mix of Irish, Italian, and even a little Native American. The Jew in me comes from the German side.

All I was saying is that I'm predominantly German and English, but there is a smaller proportion of other shit.

AP's certificate of live birth says that he and both parents were born in Ohio. I believe that makes AP a Kenyan.
