What is everyones favorite radio station? My favorite is 98.9 the bear out of Ft. Wayne and 103.9 Out of South Bend. I love the new Tommy and Turner morning show they are running.

I like different music, but I'm going to go with a station out of Fort Wayne as well. HOT 107.9.
They also have a good one that's basically the Ft. Wayne version of U93 (South Bend) called HITS 96.3. |

I'm not a very big fan of radio at all myself. However, since my car lacks any other form of music options (cd or cassette player, just radio) I am forced to break the silence by making many failed, yet sometimes successful attempts at finding something decent on the radio. The only station that plays anything I can really stand listening to on a semi-regular basis would be Classic Rock 97.7 fm out of goshen I believe, good stuff.
Sometimes I aimlessly search the AM stations for a radio program that I once heard. It was hosted by two young-sounding girls, and for about an hour or more they played stuff that I would put on a radio station if I were to have one. In about an hour and a half I heard: Fugazi, Finch, Juliana Theory, Poison the Well, Thursday, Brand New, and Saves the Day, among other bands both known and unknown to me. Ever since that night, I have not been able to find that lovely program. Damn the world. |

I like the radio stations in the newest version of Winamp. If you go to www.winamp.com and download Winamp 5, the program now has the ability to stream extremely clear music without using gay ass programs such as real player. It is also rather convienient because you can program your favorite radio stations to be placed right beside your favorite play lists. God bless Winamp 5.

I dont like the radio, I only listen to it when I'm riding with friends.
Fruit, ya know my truck doesn't have anything but a raido either, but we have a few cd players that need hooked into cars in my basement.I'm snatching one for my truck, I could snatch one for a cousin. |

Have I ever told you that you're my favorite cousin??? If not, you are, but only if I get my hands one of those said cd players.

The radio sucks. Where I worked last summer, we had this shitty radio that could only get Sunny 101.5 (because our building was built like a bomb shelter). They played the same exact songs in the same exact order every fucking day. While I was still going to school, my boss would know it was time for me to come in because they would play "Somebody to Love" by Queen. I swear to God, 9 times out of 10 I'd walk into the building with that song playing.
That said, if I had to pick a favorite radio station, I'd have to go with my current employers WCRD, the Ball State radio network. Maybe I'm a little bias, though. |

I have found that if they don't play anything from the last 3 years, the station usually sucks. However, Oldies 98.3 WIOE has been generous to be in giving me a few breaks.
