Ok, which would you rather do?

Become a land developer/land owner and have the potential to make millions of dollars.

Or

Study really hard in school, go to graduate school, and come out with some sort of professinal degree (lawyer, doctor, vet).

One choice you have the potential to make a lot of money, but the other choice you are going to make a hell of a living and have a very respected occupation, but getting into that graduate school will require a hell of a lot of hard work.

Tough one, but I think that I'd rather graduate with a professional degree. Here's why. I'll know that I earned it, and that there is automatically going to be an opening for me somewhere (I'm thinking maybe pharmacist, lawyer here) and that has a set potential.

It would be a fucking lot of work, but there's a fucking lot of satisfaction that comes with that. And no one can call me a hack.

Professional degree, definately.
Just because you can get the degree, then become a land developer afterwards. So if you don't happen to get rich, you have a great job to fall back on.
