this is a thread for the nubblite members of the work force who need to vent/ gloat/ inquire/ etc. about work/ deals/ comissions or any other career related issues.

since there are random threads that mention this type of thing all over nubblies i figured we'd consolidate and save the uninterested from our BS.

I'll start.
Fucking HR managers suck dicks. as a recruiter i have to scour various resources and weed through tons of idiots to find a decent one to screen and present to a client.
yesterday i found a contract foodservice sales manager for a contract foodservice sales position. You have probably never heard of this position because there are maybe 1000 people in the friggin country who have it. as one could imagine this cunt was not easy to find. it took me a month.this person will be making 100k+ and the company needs them to start immediately.
i sent the res and left 2 messages for the HR bitch.
no call back, so i call again today.
"Oh" she says "I didnt even check my email or anything" and then starts talking about some dipshit candidate i sent her a month ago.
I got so fed up i cut her off and insisted that she call the sales bitch today.
she gave me some lame ass response about not being in front of a comp.
i will kill her if she doesnt hire this cunt.

actually, even if she does i still get hosed. our contract stipulates that any position i fill above store level only costs 5k. but 5k is still 5k.

This job sucks!!!

actually i really like it but my degenerate boss hasnt paid my comissions since fucking march. by the end of this month this cunt is gonna owe me at least 4500 in bonus.

luckily, i'm getting into my third round of interviews with the #1 financial recruiting firm in NYC. they seem to like me.
